The Mott Public Library is fortunate to have books arriving on the shelves daily. Books are available for Adults (16-106), Junior Readers (11-16) and Children (0-11).
There are board books, hardcover, paperback, audio and electronic formats. Remember to check out the selection of DVDs rated G, PG, PG-13 and R.
Interlibrary Loan is available for those patrons who are willing to pay return postage to the North Dakota State Library.
S.T.E.A.M. P.O.W.E.R. Story time and S.T.E.A.M. P.O.W.E.R. after school programs are available throughout the school year. Story Time is geared toward children 6 and under.
The afterschool program focuses on providing an alternative for children not involved in extracurricular activities. Both programs offer fun and exciting activities pairing Literacy with Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics. Summer Reading Programs for all ages throughout June, July and August include S.T.E.A.M. activities.
Book Clubs, U.F.O.s (Unpredictably Fun Occurrences) and Informal Science programs provide Adults opportunities to enjoy reading and discussing books in a group, learning or sharing skills and . A writing group is in the beginning stages at this time.
1 E Reader is available for check out at this time. There are 5 Computers for patron use. The Mott Public Library offers no charge Wi fi Access.
Share shelves are filled with deselected books. Take a book and bring a book if you wish, or take more books to share with friends. Pop in if you are here for a visit and take books from the share shelves to read without having to worry about returning them.
Donations are accepted throughout the year. Donations may be in the form of volunteer time, books or other media, subscriptions, items, materials, equipment and money.
